Shipping Information

Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm PST. All orders MUST BE received with any necessary supporting documents (such as a credit card authorization form) and approved for fulfillment before 2:00 pm in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped first thing Monday morning unless it is a holiday. Processing may take 2-5 business days and shipping may take 3-5 business days for your product to arrive.

Returns & Exchanges

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In the event you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise and our team will gladly exchange the item for the correct one. Please do NOT alter the hair in any way. This means do NOT install, wash, color or unravel the hair (hair must be in the same exact condition in which you received it).
