Shipping policy

Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm PST. All orders MUST BE received with any necessary supporting documents (such as a credit card authorization form) and approved for fulfillment before 2:00 pm in order to be shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday unless it is a holiday. Processing may take 2-5 business days and shipping may take an additional 3-5 business days for your product to arrive.
